Ordering & Shipping Info

Thank you so much for ordering from me. I try to ship orders about twice per month, but sometimes it can take a little longer based on my work schedule and pending deadlines.

Some items (such as customized prints, etc.) take a bit longer, and I try to post the shipping estimate in the description. All items are shipped via USPS and with priority mail where possible.

I pack all items very carefully and use heavy duty reinforced shipping tubes for prints or hardboard for original art, but I can't control what happens with the postal service or customs. If your shipment is damaged by the US Postal Service, you can file a claim directly with them for a refund (domestic or international insured only).

NOTE: I TRY TO MAKE AS MANY ITEMS AS POSSIBLE AVAILABLE TO EVERYONE, BUT SOME ITEMS CANNOT BE SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE US. THE CHARGE FOR CUSTOMS AND INSURANCE ON ORIGINAL ART OR HIGHER VALUE ITEMS IS EXPENSIVE AND SOMETIMES COSTS MORE THAN THE ITEM ITSELF. ALSO, MOST OF THESE ITEMS ARE VERY LIMITED OR ONE-OF-A-KIND, SO THEY CANNOT BE REPLACED IF THEY ARE DAMAGED.
