Ordering & Shipping Info

Thank you so much for ordering from me. I try to ship orders about twice per month, but sometimes it can take longer (4-6 weeks) based on my work schedule and pending deadlines.

All items are shipped via USPS and with priority mail where possible.

I pack all items very carefully and use heavy duty reinforced shipping tubes for prints or hardboard for original art, but I can't control what happens with the postal service or customs. If your shipment is damaged by the US Postal Service, you can file a claim directly with them for a refund (domestic or international insured only).

Shipping outside the US: I try to make as many items as possible available to everyone, but some items are not shipped outside the US. Most of these items are very limited or one-of-a-kind and can't be replaced if they are lost or damaged, so they always include additional insurance coverage. The charge for customs and insurance on original art or higher value items (depending on size, value, or packaging type) is often prohibitively expensive.
